About Dr. Wilson

Over the past 38 years, Dr. Cliff Wilson has built one of the most successful dental practices in the Pee Dee area of South Carolina. He is a genuine, caring, high integrity individual who truly enjoys being a dentist. Dr. Wilson has committed himself to delivering world class care and serving the community to the best of his ability. He has formed many long lasting friendships with patients over the course of his career, many who still come to the practice today. You will enjoy his personality and how he interacts with patients on a daily basis.

Dr. Wilson raised his family here in the Pee Dee. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Presbyterian College in 1973 and a DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1977. He spent the summer of 1977 working as a missionary providing dental care to the residents of Haiti. Following his missionary work, he served as a Captain in the US Army Dental Corp until 1979. When considering a location to establish his dental practice Dr. Wilson wanted to come back to the community that he grew up in and serve the people of the Pee Dee.

Dr. Wilson has made numerous contributions to his community throughout his life. He served as President of the Darlington County Board of Health and President of the Darlington Kiwanis Club. He was a member of the Green flag Club at the Darlington Raceway and founded the Darlington Bike Race. He has received the Community Pride Award by the Darlington Chamber of Commerce for his dental office. Dr. Wilson has also been recognized as one of America’s Most Outstanding Dentists.

In addition to being a long standing member of the South Carolina Academy of General Dentistry he also served a President in 2003. Dr. Wilson has also been member of American Dental Association and Pee Dee Dental Association throughout his career. Dr. Wilson has been a guest speaker at the Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting and the North American Medical and Dental Conference.
